About Me

Lyn Rheinlander

Certified Practising Speech & Language Pathologist

I developed a passion for speech and language pathology therapy after an early career spanning – child development, adult education, child and adult literacy, and in advocacy roles for vulnerable communities.

Through this I gained a deep understanding of barriers to effective communication, and as a Speech and Language Pathologist, I am dedicated to empowering you or your child by breaking down those barriers and providing therapeutic support to develop effective communication skills.

I believe that effective communication helps build self-esteem and connection with others. Speech, language and literacy skills support and underpin learning and self-expression and are the foundational skills for thriving in our unique journeys in life.

I am a passionate advocate for speech and language services in day care, in schools, in community and in rehabilitation settings.

Support and
building confidence

At Speech Pathways, I provide assessments, diagnosis and therapy to help children and adults build confidence in speech, language, literacy and social interaction.

I have recently returned to Mandurah, WA after five wonderful years working in private practice in Hobart, with Rosie Martin and her team at Speech Pathology Tasmania.

I believe therapy should be fun, engaging and built around connection with mutual goals for development and progression.
